Copper cookware looks great to cook and put display on your potrack. Copper and is very good heat conductor meaning you food will cook evenly and cook will have better control over food being cooked in it. Lot of professional chefs tend to use copper cookware because of its heat conductive property but it can be expensive however it can last life time, if properly taken care of it.
I still have a copper pot from my Grand mother’s time that I still use today, it cooks food evenly and tasty. It has a few dings from being used for over 70 years. So if you have copper cookware it can be expensive but it can last lifetime but plus you can pass it down to next generation as well.

Even though these pans are nonstick, we made eggs and it did not stick. Key is to heat the pan before cooking.
The edges of all of the pots and pans are flared so pouring is super easy with hardly anything dripping down the edge of the pan.
Cleaning has been effortless. A quick shot of dish detergent and some soaking when I encounter something stubborn is all it takes to clean them up.
Pot and Pan bottom are 100% flat and thick with clad material, making melting butter seems effortless without burning or scorching
Pots and pans are beautiful looking and great to display over the pot rack.
If you buy 11 piece set, you can cook for 2 people or huge crowd with no problem as it has mixed and varied size of pots and pans.
Thing to consider
Pans and pots are bit heavy, especially if you are used to thin, flimsy cookware, so flipping and tossing pans can get some use to it.
Handles can get warm (not hot) if cooked for longer time, so remember to use napkin to move pot away from stove.
Lids are not as heavy as pans and pots are somehow. I am not sure if that is a con but I thought I mention it.
With the use, over time the copper shine may change color, so you may have to use special copper cleaner to bring back the shine or simply use fresh lemon juice and salt which worked for me.
