Eat Healthy in Thermal Cooker

There are many diet plans and recipes that can be helpful for weight loss. While some are classified as unhealthy and potentially harmful to one’s general health, others are recommended by specialists. Diet plans are generally designed according to the recommended caloric intake but it is important to note that the most successful diets are those that simultaneously promote physical activity. Many people, including myself are trying to get physically fit and lose weight. I tend to gain weight during Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays of indulging in yummy food for 2 months or so. If that is not enough, I am always cooking and eating out so that does not help.

My aunt told me that losing weight is easy, just simply eat less than what I burn. While she is right, it is easier said then done. For diet does not work, I have to change just life style, of eating what I like but in limit and do some sort of physical activities daily. I just read Tim Ferriss ‘s 4 hour body book and I am all pumped about losing weight and becoming super woman soon. 🙂 I need to lose about 15 lbs and I am at my goal.

I just started taking Alli Weight loss pills based on my best friend’s recommendation, only time will tell if that will work with me. That sure has worked for my friend. I sure hope same for me.
